Signing In to FabWise
The admin web console is passwordless. Enter your email and we send you a one-time sign-in link — or, once you've set one up, sign in instantly with a passkey. There's no password to remember.
Signing in with a link
On the sign-in page, enter your email address and choose Email me a sign-in link. We send a link to that address; open it and you're signed in. The link works once and expires shortly, so request a fresh one any time you need to sign back in.
For your security, the page looks the same whether or not an account exists for that address, and the link only ever goes to an email that's on file.
Signing in with a passkey
A passkey lets you sign in with the same Face ID, Touch ID, or device PIN you already use to unlock your device — no email round-trip. After you've signed in, you can set one up from your account, and from then on just choose Sign in with Passkey.
Your email
The person who owns the account (the admin) always has an email on file — it's how you receive your sign-in link, and how we reach you about billing and your account. Shop-floor workers who only clock in at a kiosk don't need an email; an admin always does.
Each email address belongs to one FabWise account. If you run a second shop, or work for two companies that both use FabWise, use a different email address for the second account.
The mobile app
You sign in to the FabWise Supervisor mobile app the same passwordless way — with a passkey (Face ID / Touch ID / device PIN) or a one-time code we email you. There is no password and no username; sign-in is by email.
Adding more people
When you add users in Users, they sign in the same passwordless way — by email (or PIN, for workers who only use the shared kiosk). There's no username to set up.
